Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper and Office Manager who possesses advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online, payroll, and MS Office, particularly MS Excel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of accounting and administrative tasks, including data entry, weekly billing, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online to manage and maintain our financial records and systems
 - Process payroll and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
 - Perform data entry tasks, including timesheets and estimates, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
 - Prepare and review weekly billing, monitor accounts receivable, and ensure timely deposits and income recognition
 - Maintain all documentation generated daily in a well-organized and logically filed manner, including invoicing of purchases and sales, inputs and outputs of supplies to the warehouse
 - Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews with potential candidates and the Administrative Manager
 - Ensure the office is well-organized, tidy, and maintained in good repair, including monitoring office supply levels and reordering as needed
 
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bilingualism in English and Spanish (REQUIRED)
 - At least 3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online (REQUIRED)
 - At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping (REQUIRED)
 - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good presence and suitability for office work
 - Research skills and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the Construction or Ready-Mix Concrete Industry
 - Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and other accounting software
 - Certification in bookkeeping or a related field, such as a Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) designation

Compensation and Benefits
