As an Analyst - Stock Administration, you will play a critical role in managing projects and initiatives that drive the success of our benefits programs.

Position Purpose

The Analyst - Stock Administration will be responsible for managing the execution of various projects to support the on-going strategy and delivery of The Home Depot Benefit programs and initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of benefits administration, project management, and analytical skills to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage various projects end-to-end, from development and documentation to implementation, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Leverage trend data and knowledge of past experiences to identify opportunities to improve existing practices and generate practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Benefits Administrators and/or other vendors to resolve escalated participant issues, plan eligibility, and reporting.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring accurate bill payment and financial management.
  • Conduct competitive analyses as needed, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Produce high-quality presentations for the leadership team, communicating complex data insights and recommendations.

Direct Manager/Direct Reports

This role reports to the Manager, Benefits, and does not have any direct reports.

Travel Requirements

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.

Physical Requirements

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions

The role is based in a comfortable indoor area, with infrequent exposure to unpleasant conditions.

Qualifications and Competencies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field of study related to the job, demonstrating a strong foundation in benefits administration, business, or a related field.
  • Strong computer software skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Minimum Education

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, providing a basic understanding of business principles and practices.
