Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a full-time Customer Care Representative, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide top-notch service to our customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare, customer service, and making a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction.
  • Issue Resolution: Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary.
  • Customer Experience: Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Support: Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, and provide technical support when navigating our pharmacy services.
  • Relationship Building: Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers.
  • Compliance: Promote customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to our Work From Home policy.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older).
  • Technical Skills: 6 months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
  • Multitasking: Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with a two-week advance notice.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: 1 year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Call Center Experience: Experience working in a customer service or call center.
  • Healthcare Experience: Experience working in a healthcare environment.
  • Pressure and Productivity: Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
