Job Summary

We are looking for detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Data Entry specialists. As a Data Entry specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain information in databases with precision and efficiency
• Monitor and respond to alerts and logs
• Perform preventative health checks on systems and networks
• Assist with incident management and reporting
• Administer security and Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Monitor WAN links for stability and routers, switches
• Provision IP Addresses, LAN/VLAN
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
• Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills
• Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients
• Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field
• Prior experience in data entry or a related field
• Familiarity with technical skills such as Windows/Unix/Linux, Active Directory, Powershell, and Bash
