Position Summary:
The Account Manager, On Premise is a vital role that focuses on pursuing new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, and growing existing beverage sales volume and gross profits within an assigned territory. You will work closely with local and national account business owners and managers to understand their needs, provide value-added solutions, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth and Account Management:
	
- Execute and close sales calls with a focus on value-added selling activities for specified accounts
 - Develop and implement campaigns, promotional programming, and displays/equipment to existing accounts
 - Transport, replace, and maintain Point of Sale advertising as needed for accounts
 
 - New Business Acquisition and Prospecting:
	
- Qualify and prospect new business leads to secure new customers and execute channel "Looks of Success"
 - Acquire a specified number of accounts based on assigned territory opportunity
 
 - Customer Relationship Management:
	
- Review business results with customers and work with them to determine their product, inventory, and delivery needs
 - Ensure account and customer standards are met, including proper Point of Sale execution, maintenance of company assets, and product rotation
 
 - Performance Tracking and Reporting:
	
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly call activity and performance measurements against assigned goals and expectations
 - Resolve customer inquiries, including researching and closing Customer Service Tickets
 
 - Collaboration and Communication:
	
- Work with cross-functional teams as needed to meet business objectives (Call Center, Distribution, Warehouse, Commercial, etc.)
 - Demonstrate a positive and customer-focused attitude and manage time effectively
 
 
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
 - Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience in the beverage industry or a related field; experience in account management, customer service, or sales support a plus
 - Skills:
	
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
 
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Experience working in the beverage industry or a related field, with knowledge of industry trends and best practices
 - Sales Certifications: Possession of sales certifications, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or the Certified Account Manager (CAM) designation
 - Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages a plus
