Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Microsoft 365 Developer to join our team, working remotely with a focus on Dynamics 365, C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript. As a Lead Microsoft 365 Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, providing technical guidance, and driving the development of cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship


• Develop and debug D365 plugins, web resources, and custom actions


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring efficient resolution


• Develop and maintain documentation for solutions and code


• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field


• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 development, with a focus on Dynamics 365, C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript

  • Experience with Custom Actions and Custom APIs
  
  
  • Experience with D365 Flows/Workflows
  
  
  • Experience with D365 Dev Tools (XmrToolBox, Plugin Registration, Trace Logs, Plugin Profiling, solutions, etc.)
  
  
  • Experience with GitHub, repositories, branches and pull requests
  
  
  • Strong CRM (Dynamics 365) product knowledge
  
  
  • Ability to use D365 development tools
  
  
  • Experience in development of D365 extensions Plug-in, Webresource, Custom Actions/APIs etc.
  
  
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Model Binding, and Asynchronous programming etc.
  
  
  • Pipeline and CI/CD Knowledge
  
  
  • Ability to manage a team of developers
