Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong educational background in a STEM-related field (BS/MS/PhD) and have over 5 years of relevant work experience in test engineering, systems engineering, product engineering, DFT, or applications engineering. Experience in the test industry, including ATE, handling/probing equipment, and collaterals/tooling design, is highly desirable. Preferred qualifications include experience in market research, technical marketing, product marketing, and financial structuring, as well as a strong customer focus and organizational skills.
