Job Overview

In this role, you will be working as a Customer Service Representative, supporting the Tesla Body Fix Program and collaborating with our Internal Body Shop team to deliver outstanding customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring seamless communication, and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide work planning support to the Internal Body Shop team, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
  • Act as a liaison between Client Warranty Specialists and the Body Shop, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution
  • Coordinate vehicle appearance arrangements, including twist and CCC organization appearances
  • Deliver exceptional client communication and assumption, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage rental coordination and handoffs, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions
  • Prepare vehicle announcements and notifications, keeping clients informed and up-to-date
  • Reorder materials and supplies as needed, maintaining adequate inventory levels and minimizing delays
  • Conduct repair surveys and deliveries, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The following qualifications are essential for this position:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, communications, or a related field
