About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Professional at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, chat, and email. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to clients and tenants, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Assist with general inquiries, maintenance requests, lease inquiries, and other customer-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless handling of inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Stay updated on blithequark's policies and procedures to provide accurate and relevant information.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

Available Shifts
