The Role: UX Director of Design Operations

As the UX Director of Design Operations, you'll lead the emerging UX Design Ops group, leveraging your expertise in design program management to establish best practices, foster collaboration, and drive the UX team's success. This role is a unique blend of leadership, strategic planning, and operational management, offering the chance to make a tangible impact on Target's digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Operational Foundations: Develop strategies and processes to ensure the UX team has the resources needed to deliver exceptional work aligned with Target's strategic initiatives.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and guide a team of people leaders and individual contributors, promoting skill growth, trust, transparency, and engagement.
