**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and complete information using the right methods and tools.
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
