**Your Role in Our Team**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
* Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
* Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
* Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
* Communicating effectively with customers to resolve their concerns
* Escalating interactions when necessary and providing feedback on call issues
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
**Qualifications and Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a virtual team environment)
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Ability to navigate complex systems and prioritize tasks effectively
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to meet the following work from home requirements:
* Internet Connection Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
+ Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
+ ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Proof of internet speed required
* Clean and quiet workspace
