Job Summary
As a Part-time Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and generating leads for our dealer clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends.
- Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our dealer clients receive valuable insights and feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer experiences, responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred.
- Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills are required.
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus.
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer engagement tools.
- Experience with chat software and other online communication platforms.
Training and Work Requirements:
- Must be able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST.
- Must be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training.
