About the Role
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in seeking compensation for their injuries. You will be the primary point of contact, providing guidance, support, and answering questions to help determine if they qualify for compensation. Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential claimants through an automated dialer, engaging in conversations to assess their eligibility for compensation.
- Handle a high volume of calls, speaking with 40-50 callers daily, and potentially qualifying 1-5 callers for compensation.
- Multitask effectively, listening to callers, answering questions, and navigating multiple windows simultaneously.
- Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates.
- Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Assist with other projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT problems independently, showcasing your problem-solving skills.
Ideal Candidate

- Able to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and multitasking.
- Available to work 40+ hours per week, with a flexible schedule.
Requirements:
- Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey.
- Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook).
- Meet the technical requirements: 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU, and high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum).
- Possess a reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB.
- Have a strong background in call-center sales and customer service, with 2+ years of experience.

Hours of Operation:
We offer a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern.
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
- Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
