What You'll Do

As a Customer Solutions Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling cardholder inquiries via phone, chat, or email, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer issues.
  • Building customer loyalty through effective communication, adapting your style to serve different customer profiles and needs.
  • Researching customer inquiries using appropriate tools to determine root causes and identify solutions.
  • Leveraging product knowledge to teach, demonstrate, guide, and empower customers through self-service tools.
  • Providing compassionate and friendly support to customers while maintaining a positive demeanor.

What We Look For

To succeed as a Customer Solutions Specialist at blithequark, you should possess:

  • 2+ years of Customer Support experience answering phone calls and chats, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different customer profiles.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Financial services or Fintech experience, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
