Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service attitude, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences
 - Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
 - Friendly, confident, and self-starter, with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling
 - Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
 - Ability to live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience, preferably in a call center environment
 - 1 year of experience working in a call center, with a strong understanding of call center operations and customer service principles
 - Experience working with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
 - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting performance metrics and delivering exceptional customer experiences
