Your Role: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face and voice of our clients, handling customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to resolving issues efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service through active listening and effective communication
  • Working with confidential customer information with sensitivity and discretion
  • Aim to resolve customer issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
  • Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • De-escalating tense situations with calmness and professionalism
  • Escalating interactions to senior representatives or specialized teams when necessary
  • Tracking and documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues to help drive process improvements

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferred, but not essential)
  • To be at least 18 years old
  • A typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • The ability to work in a virtual team environment with minimal supervision

Work from Home Requirements: Creating a Productive Workspace

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll have the flexibility to work from home, provided you meet our technical and workspace requirements. These include:

  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
