About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Moderating live comments in accordance with The Social Element guidelines and client-specific guidelines.
• Carrying out moderation and training accordingly to the times scheduled in the project schedule.
• Offering support to other moderators who need assistance, as well as mentoring new moderators and supporting them.
• Completing shift reports using templates provided according to individual project requirements.
• Monitoring incoming social feeds in real-time to ensure the chat is friendly and civil.
• Moderating the chat for insults, offensive language, inappropriate content, and spam.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a native level of Latam Spanish and English, with outstanding written communication skills and the ability to read between the lines. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, multitasking, and navigating a fast-moving live chat. Background experience in moderation, community management, or a passion for gaming and live streaming is highly desirable.

Additionally, you should have:

• Experience using social media platforms, particularly live streaming platforms such as Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, and Vimeo.
• The ability to be assertive and decisive when making judgment calls.
• Strong social media knowledge and a self-motivated approach to working remotely.
