About the Role: Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor

We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to deliver exceptional customer support via email and chat. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working 2 days in our Malta office and 3 days remotely each week. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat, addressing their concerns and queries in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, answering product-related questions, and troubleshooting issues, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and company policies, showcasing your in-depth knowledge and understanding.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times, embodying the blithequark values.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using this data to inform and improve our customer support strategies.
  • Continuously enhance your job knowledge through participation in training sessions and educational opportunities, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking, resolving issues efficiently and creatively.

Preferred Qualifications
