The Impact You'll Make
As a Senior Manager, Field Operations, Americas, you'll lead a team of Market Leaders across multiple regions, overseeing the end-to-end strategy for supply acquisition, host quality, account management, and listing optimization. Your leadership will be pivotal in:
- Building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing team of Market Managers across the US, Mexico, and Brazil, driving operational excellence and accountability.
 - Curating a world-class community of Hosts that share their passion with our customers, creating unique and memorable experiences.
 - Developing and implementing comprehensive supply acquisition, host quality, and market optimization strategies that drive business growth.
 - Ensuring alignment with Airbnb's overarching business goals, driving results across diverse markets, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
 - Overseeing the growth and success of key markets, ensuring robust host performance and local partnerships that contribute to market leadership.
 - Driving high-impact cross-functional collaboration with Product, Policy, and Community teams to ensure seamless market operations and innovation.
 - Providing operational oversight and strategic direction for market-specific innovations that support scalable and localized experiences.
 
Your Expertise and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 12+ years of global field operations or similar experience, with 5+ years managing teams in high-growth environments.
 - A proven track record of building and improving business infrastructure through rapid growth, with a keen eye for detail.
 - Meaningful experience leading a consumer-oriented and customer-centric business or brand, with a deep understanding of what drives customer satisfaction.
 - A consumer-centric mindset and evidence of delivering world-class products or services that exceed customer expectations.
 - Extensive experience in executing large-scale programs, with a focus on local market knowledge, including partnerships with institutions, businesses, and tourism boards.
 - Expertise in market-level growth strategies, supply acquisition, and performance optimization, with a strong analytical mindset.
 - A strong track record of managing cross-functional relationships and influencing senior stakeholders to support revenue growth and market innovation.
 - Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing team culture and coach team members for current and future success.
 - The ability to work within fast-paced, data-driven environments, driving results through others, and aligning market operations with long-term business objectives.
 - Deep knowledge of the Americas market, with a strong network and understanding of key market drivers, trends, and challenges.
