About Lockheed Martin and the Role

As a Senior Integrated Program Planner, you will play a critical role in supporting Integrated Program Planning within the IWSS line of business. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving program success, ensuring adherence to planning processes, and providing critical insights to program management, subcontractors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to ensure effective program planning and execution.
 - Provide planning and schedule management expertise, ensuring adherence to planning processes, business rhythms, metrics, control, and reporting mechanisms.
 - Serve as a key interface to program management, subcontractors, and customers, providing program status updates and insights.
 - Conduct critical path and risk analyses, and develop actionable data to inform program decisions.
 - Communicate schedule impacts and develop corrective action proposals to mitigate risks and ensure program success.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective program execution.
 
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
 - Experience with Deltek OpenPlan or Microsoft Project, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
 - Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), with a strong understanding of EVM principles and practices.
 - Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights.
 - Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and prioritize effectively.
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse workplace.
 - Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
 
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tool Suite, including advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
 - Experience with Integrated Master Schedule analysis, with a strong understanding of schedule management principles and practices.
 - Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
