About the Role: Driving Revenue Growth and Customer Satisfaction
As a Senior Inside Account Executive - Healthcare, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customer accounts and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and customer relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, working closely with them to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of business with revenue responsibility of $10-20M, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize prescribed selling tools to prioritize activities, drive efficiency, and document customer engagement and information.
- Collaborate with category experts and customer support teams to execute account growth plans and add value to customer purchasing programs.
- Work with the Revenue Management Team to make discretionary pricing decisions based on knowledge of the account and assessment of future spend potential.
- Exhibit high-level business acumen and sales methodologies to discover incremental opportunities at the master and site level, and understand the competitive landscape.
- Develop and maintain expertise in customer industry buying processes and support product selection and standardization of SA.com products assortments.
- Profitably grow book of business by hunting programmatic and transactional opportunities at the master account level across all categories.
- Implement and ramp wins driving compliance to new and existing programs for customers.
- Engage with the CSC team to manage customer experience and complete customer maintenance requests.
- Establish and maintain business management relationships with senior executive team members within the customer base.
Essential Qualifications:
- 4+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry or a related field.
- Higher Secondary or Vocational Education, with a focus on business, sales, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of managing programs or business development, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and customer relationship management.
- Solid knowledge of Office Supplies, including facility and breakroom, technology products, business furniture, print and promotional products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic software tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to interface at the customer's most senior levels, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to develop and deliver presentations virtually, with a focus on customer needs and sales growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities.
- Advanced sales certifications or training, such as SPIN selling or Challenger Sales.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.com, and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and business trends to create tailored solutions.
