**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Engineer at blithequark, your responsibilities will include:
* Identifying business and technical requirements, leading full technical discovery, and designing client solutions to meet assembled requirements
* Leading technical projects, providing technology support, and coordinating the integration of supporting technical assets
* Delivering product briefings for the blithequark Cloud Platform using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents
* Driving recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, stages, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice advice to clients to enhance blithequark Cloud Platform effectiveness
* Attending client sites, meetings, and other events as required
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience as a specialized technical engineer in a distributed computing environment or a client-facing role
* Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and networking
* Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
* Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the blithequark Cloud/IT technology space
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Dynamic US Government Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status
* Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material stages
* Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies
* Knowledge of application security designs, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques
* Ability to travel to client sites, meetings, and other events as required
