Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with members, providers, and plan sponsors via phone, web, or written correspondence. You will respond to questions, resolve issues, and provide guidance on our plans, products, and services. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build trust, and promote our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or written correspondence
- Provide guidance on plan benefits, coverage, and services, as well as navigate complex issues
- Build relationships with members, providers, and plan sponsors to promote trust and loyalty
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- Document and track interactions with members, providers, and plan sponsors
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and company policies
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, customer service, business)
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
