The Customer Service Representative Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback via phone and email. This is a 1099, full-time contract role that offers the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere, with a set schedule of 9-6 PST, Friday-Tuesday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide detailed information about our products and services, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution, resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, maintaining the integrity of our customer database and ensuring seamless order processing.
