About the Role: Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Temporary Remote Position)

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding support and assistance to employees regarding benefits and payroll. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global leader in the industry and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality client service consistent with blithequark standards and practices, maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a call center environment, resolving issues and providing information regarding employee benefits.
  • Research customer problems, process documents, and maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores.
  • Consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong typing and basic computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems.

Nice to Have:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll, with a understanding of industry-specific terminology and concepts.
  • Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
