Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions, testing different scenarios or impersonating users to identify and resolve issues.
  • Update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers, ensuring that our customer data is accurate and up-to-date.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
