About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels, ensuring prompt resolution of queries.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, consistently meeting or exceeding service standards.
• Manage customer portfolios effectively, organizing workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands.
• Perform data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Navigate multiple databases quickly and accurately to retrieve and update information as needed.
• Research, analyze, review, and process legal documents with precision, recommending process improvements where applicable.
