Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Sports Medicine team in Billings, MT. As a Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Stryker products, responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge Sports Medicine products to healthcare professionals. You'll have the opportunity to work independently, developing strategic relationships with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and participate in leading sales pitches and demo meetings to showcase Stryker products and solutions.
 - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
 - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
 - Manage inventory reports, negotiate prices and terms of transactions, and resolve product issues for customers.
 - Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals, including product demonstrations and evaluations.
 - Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote Stryker products and build relationships with customers.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
 
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
 - 2-5 years of experience working in an outside sales position, preferably in the medical industry.
 - Must be able to drive an automobile and travel overnight up to 50% annually.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
 - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop targeted sales strategies.
 - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
