Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Professional with Workwarp, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Client Relationship Management: Contacting and maintaining professional relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Appointment Setting: Booking appointments with prospective clients, and taking and submitting online applications.
  • Policy Explanation: Explaining policy coverage to clients once policies are approved, and maintaining stellar interpersonal skills.
  • Communication: Following up with our back office and attending weekly virtual calls to stay up-to-date on company news and product information.
  • Product Knowledge: Developing and maintaining knowledge of our products, including mortgage protection, accidental, and retirement planning.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful as a Sales Professional with Workwarp, you will need:
  • Integrity and Trustworthiness: A strong commitment to honesty and trustworthiness in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Licensure: A General Life & Health License, or a willingness to obtain one. We offer support and resources to help you achieve licensure.
