Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Remote Temporary Resort Operations Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Remote Temporary Resort Operations Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to join our Resort Operations team. Key Responsibilities
- Perform full life-cycle recruiting activities in a volume hiring setting, including posting, sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, selecting, making offers, and initiating onboarding processes.
 - Manage a diverse requisition load of volume Resort level roles in multiple markets, as well as salaried or professional positions.
 - Utilize all available selection tools and maintain compliance with our selection processes and policies to drive an engaging candidate experience throughout all touch-points of the recruiting process.
 - Proactively source, network, and market our job opportunities locally to build robust pipelines and sell the advantages of working for Hilton Grand Vacations as an employer of choice.
 - Set and deploy recruiting strategies that grow passive and diverse sets of candidates, and engage in activities that grow employee referrals and internal candidate pools.
 - Create engaging candidate marketing materials and messaging, including job postings and candidate correspondence, to connect with target profiles and convert them to candidates.
 - Attend community and/or diversity organizations, colleges, and local employment-driven events and job fairs to promote our company brand and attract top talent.
 - Build strong partnerships and collaboration with hiring leaders and HR Business Partner teams, and update them on key progress made in candidate pools and/or any barriers that can be overcome together.
 - Ensure regular communication to provide updates on status and progress toward hiring targets, and perform other duties as specified by Supervisor.
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting/staffing, conducting phone or in-person interviews, and working in applicant tracking systems – previous resort, hospitality, retail, or other volume hiring experience preferred.
 - Previous experience recruiting for both non-exempt and exempt positions preferred.
 - Must operate with a high level of integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information in a professional and data-safe manner.
 - Experience with scheduling, interviewing, and pre-employment assessment tools, as well as navigating hiring systems (ATS) – Taleo preferred.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
 - Proven ability to meet strict deadlines, work under pressure, and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 - Strong persuasive, influencing, and decision-making abilities, with the ability to make decisions under high pressure and changing priorities.
 - Independent, proactive, and able to take initiative to solve problems, with a strong work ethic and passion for delivering outstanding levels of service.
 - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint required, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and technologies.

- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
