Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Customer Service and Sales Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services, and working collaboratively with your team to drive sales and achieve business objectives. This is a seasonal role, with the opportunity to work full-time, part-time, or part-time temporary.

Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service and Sales Specialist at blithequark, you'll have the following key responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and technologies * Work collaboratively with your team to drive sales and achieve business objectives, including meeting sales targets and providing support to colleagues * Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest product releases and updates * Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment * Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory levels * Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services * Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, respecting and valuing the diversity of our customers and colleagues

Essential Qualifications

In addition to the preferred qualifications, the following are essential for this role: * High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred * Previous retail or customer service experience an asset * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
