**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our clients and their customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Driving customer satisfaction through inbound service calls, email, and/or chat
* Troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues (technical support)
* Responding to inquiries related to account details, products, and services
* Navigating through multiple systems and tools when helping customers

**Work From Home & Equipment Requirements**
As a remote worker, you'll need to have a quiet and distraction-free workspace within your home. You'll also need access to high-speed internet service through a hard-wired connection (i.e., via ethernet cable). We'll provide the necessary equipment, although you may be asked to supply your own monitor.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers
* Problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
* Enjoy working independently and with a team
* Must be 18+ years of age
* High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
* Must be able to complete a pre-employment background check with satisfactory results
