Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our Enterprise Data Strategy team at Blithequark. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the development of innovative and impactful data strategies to drive business growth and credit & fraud risk control excellence. You'll work closely with colleagues across the organization to identify new data opportunities, optimize data solutions, and address business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of innovative and impactful data strategies through strategic partnerships to drive business growth and credit & fraud risk control excellence
- Analyze present and new data sources to identify opportunities to optimize data solutions and address business needs
- Review and monitor data quality, insurance, and freshness
- Analyze present data to develop metrics that provide robust controls and insights
- Collaborate with new data and present partners to identify new data opportunities and enhance present data exchange processes
- Closely partner with colleagues across CFR Data Strategy, Product Owners, Compliance, CFR Risk Strategy, CFR Fraud Strategy, and Decision Science
- Support the team with third-party relationships management and adherence to Blithequark's Third-Party Lifecycle Management program
- Demonstrate consultative skills capable of working in dynamic cross-functional global environments
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or better required, with a focus on a quantitative discipline preferred
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently and across a matrixed organization to deliver solutions at top speed
- Ability to manage and lead large-scale projects with multiple cross-functional partners
- Good verbal communication and influencing skills with the ability to translate data and analytics into business insights and recommendations
- Strong technical skills to perform data analysis, analytics, and matrices tracking/reporting
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark, SAS, and familiar with big data and cloud environments
- Experience in a financial services organization in data or process function
- Knowledge of Credit Risk and/or Fraud Risk standards, practices, or outside Credit or Fraud Risk data sources preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
- Familiarity with data strategy and analytics tools and technologies
- Certifications in data science, analytics, or related fields
