As a Call Center Customer Support Agent – Healthcare – Remote US at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in our mission to provide exceptional patient experiences and drive healthcare innovation. You'll work closely with our team of experts to respond to provider inquiries, resolve customer issues, and deliver high-quality service that meets or exceeds our clients' expectations.

Your Role in Our Mission

As a Call Center Customer Support Agent – Healthcare – Remote US at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for:


  • Responding to inbound calls from healthcare providers and customers, addressing inquiries related to enrollment, claims, policy, and more.

  • Recording call details on account history records and initiating required confirmations without direct supervision.

  • Researching customer inquiries and responding to appropriate parties in a timely manner.

  • Processing calls in a timely, accurate, and quality-focused manner to ensure service levels are met or exceeded.

  • Interfacing with team members, management, customers, and clients to resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with state-identified policies, procedures, and criteria.

  • Reviewing and recommending modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions.

  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices, process improvements, and customer service standards to maintain a state-of-the-art Contact Center.

What We're Looking For

To succeed as a Call Center Customer Support Agent – Healthcare – Remote US at Blithequark, you'll need:


  • Two or more years of customer service or telephone experience, preferably in a healthcare or related field.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management.

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, with a high level of accountability.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow oral and written directions.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • A full-time schedule with 40 hours per week, with possible shift work and occasional overtime.
