Key Responsibilities

  • Handle emergency signals and alarm activations, responding promptly and professionally to customer needs.
  • Notify and verify alarm signals, working closely with customers and authorities to resolve situations efficiently.
  • Dispatch proper authorities, ensuring timely and effective responses to emergency situations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive, supportive work environment.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or alarm monitoring environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.

We also welcome candidates with:

  • Bilingual skills, which can attract a differential.
  • Previous experience in a related field, such as security or emergency services.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
