Key Responsibilities: Handling Emergency Signals with Care
As a Remote Customer Service/Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in our 24-hour alarm monitoring services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling emergency signals from customers' alarm systems with urgency and professionalism.
 - Notifying and verifying alarm signals to ensure accurate and timely responses.
 - Dispatching the proper authorities as needed to provide assistance to our customers.
 - Providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
 - Working collaboratively with your team to ensure seamless service delivery.
 
Requirements: What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
 - Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or related environment.
 - Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
 - Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications.
 - The ability to live within 45 minutes of Manasquan, New Jersey, as our training period is conducted on-site.
 
Preferred Qualifications: Enhancing Your Application
While not mandatory, the following qualifications can enhance your application:
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, which can be a significant asset in our diverse customer base.
 - Previous experience in alarm monitoring or a related field.
