Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the success of our organization.
  • Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets, processing transactions and balancing daily exchanges.
  • Check in passengers and baggage, answer phone calls, and resolve issues or complaints.
  • Manage upset customers due to oversales, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, resolving issues quickly and within company guidelines.
  • Provide current and accurate fare, schedule, reservations, and flight arrival/departure information to customers and other airport visitors.
  • Complete forms and reports as required by the organization.
  • Write anomaly and protest reports as necessary.
  • Perform other work-related duties as directed by management.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • The ability to type or use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to meet the demands of the job.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • The capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Awareness of hazardous situations and the ability to handle emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
  • The ability to work under tight time constraints to achieve quick turns of aircraft.
  • A well-groomed appearance, adhering to company appearance standards.
  • U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S.
  • The ability to lift and/or move objects up to 70 pounds frequently and repetitively lift or move loads of 40 to 50 pounds onto raised surfaces.
  • The ability to climb, twist, bend, and stand frequently and for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly valued:

  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
  • Familiarity with airline operations and procedures.
