What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative working from home, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Helping customers resolve basic technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to maintain accurate records and support customer inquiries.
- Offering additional products and/or services to customers, enhancing their overall experience and driving business growth.
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a positive and friendly demeanor, always "with a smile."
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of customer service experience, demonstrating your ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- A high school diploma or GED, providing a foundational education.
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, ensuring you can focus on customer interactions.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, allowing you to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, enabling you to efficiently use our systems and software.
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered.
- High-Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, ensuring reliable connectivity.
- Residence in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence, as required for this role.
