Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support to members, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help customers resolve technical issues related to their healthcare services or products.
  • Assist in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns, such as benefits, eligibility, appeals, and grievances.
  • Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address members' needs, maintaining a strong customer focus.
  • Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player, using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member.
  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
  • A verifiable High School diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  • Proficiency in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Residence in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or insurance-related industry.
  • Knowledge of healthcare services, products, and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
