About the Customer Service Supervisor Role

We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive training and support to Customer Service Representatives, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Assist with complex order management, resolving issues promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support and contribute to blithequark's culture of betterment, promoting a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes.
  • Monitor customer feedback across various platforms, using insights to inform team strategies and improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring that our operations are always aligned with our values and goals.
  • Collaborate regularly with the Customer Experience Manager to align strategies and ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle administrative duties, including attendance tracking and other related tasks, with accuracy and attention to detail.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Supervisor at blithequark, you'll need:

  • A commitment to fostering a culture of betterment and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as retail or food service.
