About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Professional at Denrob Management Inc., you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing top-notch service to our clients and tenants. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. You will be responsible for handling phone, chat, and email inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving customer service issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to clients and tenants.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, and keep detailed records of all customer interactions.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Company Policies: Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients and tenants, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting, is highly desirable.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to Multitask: The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is critical in this fast-paced environment.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues are highly valued.
