Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounting division partners and ensure proper inside controls are in place to avoid losses and safeguard member and credit association data.
  • Guarantee compliance with CCCU and CCFCU policies and procedures.
  • Manage cash management and investment portfolio accounting and financing.
  • Conduct audits of accounting and reconciliation of money and clearing accounts to ensure timely processing of all items and resolution of errors.
  • Provide oversight of the following areas:
    • Regulatory reporting to the NCUA and Central Bank.
    • Prepare and provide tax reporting to Local tax, Government Keeping, Foreign tax keeping, and IRA withholding and other tax reports as needed.
    • Prepare reports for the Money Panel and Top managerial staff.
    • Create reports and reviews for Lethargic record processing and reporting.
    • Fixed Assets and Prepaid Cost Accounting and Reporting backup.
    • Review and ensure that Accounts Payable and expense reports are approved and processed by Outline of Power and work directions.
  • Prepare financial statements and variance analysis.
  • Initiate wire transfers in Money and process ACH and Offer Draft Exception Handling and Reconciliation backup.
  • Contract representation for sold home loans and Understudy Loans accounting.
  • Audit of monthly reconciliation of General Ledger Asset report accounts.
  • ATM Reconciliation.
  • Ascertain Remittance for Credit Losses necessity.
  • Plan cost investigation on potential new vendors, products, and services.
  • Work with financial reviews and regulatory assessments. Coordinate Reviews and Public Credit Association Affiliation Tests.
  • Contribute to Planning, Estimating, and Resource Obligation The executives processes.
  • Project Management lead money and credit association level projects.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: BA/BS College degree in Accounting/Specialization in finance.
  • Knowledge:
    • Share draft, ACH, and store clearing.
    • Administrative center financial techniques.
    • NCUA, IRS, and Central Bank Reporting.
    • Broad utilization of Excel.
  • Preferred: Banking or Credit Association experience.
