- Make outbound calls for various purposes, including urgent situations deemed critical by the clinical pharmacist team, demonstrating your ability to work under pressure while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the clinical pharmacist team to assist with outgoing calls to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and customers, ensuring that all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Provide guidance and feedback to Customer Care Associates using a consultative approach, continually developing their knowledge and skills to enhance customer experience.
- Complete tickets to support the Customer Care Team and Clinical RPh team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Maintain an advanced understanding of Amazon Pharmacy's policies, procedures, products, and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations in the field.
- Monitor and process all help desk assigned tasks on a daily basis, ensuring that all customer issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated calls by Customer Care Associates, handling these calls with professionalism and following through until resolution is achieved.
- Manage the reporting of customer complaints, providing resolutions per set SLAs, and escalating issues as appropriate to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained.
