The Role: Part-time Nights/Weekends Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing timely solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that demands flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
 - Book appointments with high data accuracy, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
 - Maintain exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adhering to our quality standards.
 - Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution.
 - Adapt to changing guidelines, procedures, and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
 - Provide customers with clear explanations of procedures, answering questions, and offering relevant information.
 - Uphold quality results by adhering to our standards, guidelines, and best practices.
 
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
 - Minimum one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred).
 - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
 - Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (preferred).
 - A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining quality standards.
 - Ability to pass a background check.
