This is a flexible, remote opportunity ideal for veterinarians looking to pick up additional work, explore virtual care, and shape the future of veterinary medicine while maintaining clinical autonomy./divbr/br/bWhat You’ll Do/bbr/liConduct virtual consultations with pet parents via video and asynchronous messaging/liliReview medical history, symptoms, and treatment concerns shared through Dutch’s digital platform/liliEstablish a valid VCPR (when required) and determine whether telemedicine is appropriate for the case/liliProvide evidence-based treatment recommendations, including prescriptions when clinically appropriate/liliCommunicate clearly, compassionately, and with care in every interaction/liliDocument all encounters thoroughly using Dutch’s EMR/liliCollaborate with Dutch’s clinical leadership team as needed/libr/br/bWhat Makes This Role Unique/bbr/libFlexible scheduling/b — Work from anywhere, with scheduling that fits your life/lilibRemote-only/b — No commuting, no clinics, no shifts/lilibPay per consult/b — Average $50–$80/hour depending on appointment volume/lilibVet-designed platform/b — Built to support clinical focus, not increase admin burden/libr/br/bYou’d Thrive in This Role If You Have:/bbr/liGraduated from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school or completed requirements to practice in the United States/liliAn active license in one or more of the states where Dutch operates*/liliA license in good standing with no malpractice or disciplinary actions/lili3+ years post-graduate clinical experience/liliA quiet, professional space and reliable internet for video consults/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills/liliA collaborative, compassionate approach to care/liliComfort using telehealth tools and managing consults independently/libr/br/divbspan style="font-size: 18px"What to Expect/span/b/divdivbr/divdivspan style="font-size: 11pt"This is a 1099 contractor role with no set hours — though vets who thrive here typically offer 10–15 hours/week with a preference for evening and/or weekend availability./span/divdivbr/divdivspan style="font-size: 11pt"You’ll be supported by our Clinical Director, Vet Support team, and a streamlined platform that helps you focus on what you do best: providing excellent care to pets and peace of mind to their people./span/divdivbr/divdivbr/divdivbr/divdivspan style="font-size: 11pt"¹ To prescribe medication, Dutch vets must be licensed in one or more of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MS, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SD, TX, VT, VA, WA, WY.
