Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Influencer Recruitment + Sales Support) - Contract to Hire

About Us: We’re a boutique marketing partnership specializing in action sports. We help brands grow through influencer-driven campaigns, TikTok Shop, and social commerce activations. Role Overview: We’re seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant (10–20 hrs/week to start) to support our growth. Your immediate focus will be influencer recruitment and coordination, with additional responsibilities in general admin and sales support. This is a remote role with flexible hours. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment. Responsibilities Immediate Priority: + Research, source, and recruit influencers in action sports (surf, skate, snow, wellness, lifestyle, and adjacent niches). + Manage influencer communications: outreach, follow-ups, contracts, product shipment coordination. + Maintain and update our influencer database (Notion CRM.) Ongoing Tasks: + Assist with influencer campaign coordination (tracking deliverables, maintaining content calendars). + Provide general admin support (email management, scheduling, light research). + Sales support: help build outreach lists, track leads in CRM, and follow up with prospects. ✅ Requirements +Strong organizational and written communication skills. +Experience with influencer marketing or talent recruitment. +Comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and project management tools. +Ability to craft clear, personable outreach messages. +Self-starter who follows instructions but also takes initiative. Nice to Have +Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and influencer marketplaces. + Interest in or knowledge of action sports culture (surf, skate, snow, outdoor/lifestyle). + Prior VA or agency experience. Compensation + Hourly rate: $8–$11/hr depending on experience to start + Estimated 10–20 hours per week, with growth potential. + Long-term opportunity for the right fit.
