Salesforce Administrator (Ohio Locals Only)
Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Location: (100% Remote)
Duration: 9 Months Contract
Job Description:
• Create and manage changes to the system.
• Modify/configure the system to increase benefits and usability.
• Daily administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
• Manage system changes without interruption to the user
• Grant/ remove and maintain user licenses
• Communicate with users regarding new features, enhancements, and changes to the system
• Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance
• Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience
• Document company processes and workflows
• Develop process documentation and field maps
• Create new processes and associated reporting
• Import data as appropriate
• Monitor and manage exception logs for back-end system integration with SFDC
• Monitor and improve data quality
• Create and maintain dashboards
• Create and maintain reports including folder maintenance.
Required Experience:
4 years of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator.
2 years of experience as Copado Administrator.
1 year of experience with Ownbackup data seeding.
1 year of experience with Salesforce utilities like Workbench and Dataloader.
Salesforce Administrator certification required.
Desired Experience:
2 years of experience as Copado DevOps operations.
1 year of experience with Ownbackup data backup and recovery.
1 year of experience with Change and Configuration Management concepts and procedures.
1 year of experience with Apex code.
