Based out of Denver and reporting to both the VP of Finance for Strategic Business Initiatives and the VP/General Manager of Integrated Kidney Care (IKC), the Director of Finance will oversee the financial strategy, planning and analysis for DaVita’s fastest growing strategic initiative by helping DaVita to move deeper into value-based care. DaVita's Integrated Kidney Care segment has reached a new phase in its growth trajectory and is embarking on a new era of unprecedented expansion. As IKC continues to grow we aspire to become the national leader of value-based care, and thus we are looking for an entrepreneurial, operationally focused and results-driven Director of Finance to join our team. The Director of Finance role will be an integral part of the IKC leadership team and have broad exposure to IKC operations and strategy. A successful candidate will partner with the business operators to ensure accountability, develop KPI’s and own the budget/planning process.
