Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding prescriptions, products, and services, and providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges, and ensuring that customer transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolving complex customer issues.
  • Managing and maintaining precise records and documentation, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Working independently in a remote environment, utilizing computer software and technology to manage customer interactions and complete tasks.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service experience is highly desirable, although not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Basic computer proficiency, with experience using relevant software and technology.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
